Peaches is Jack’s sister. She was shown a few times by her breeder with reserve wins in AKC conformation. She is dual registered and enjoyed great success in UKC conformation events. Peaches received her CGC award and continues to hold the position of “matriarch” of Briarcliff. Peaches has whelped thirteen puppies for us in three litters. Three champions in conformation, two with CGC awards, one with RN, and all of them hold the honor of “Best of Pet” in their wonderful homes. Peaches is spayed and in excellent health. She is sweet tempered, and spends some weekends as a model for Uptown Paw in grooming competition.

Bred by Rosemary Schroeder and Adam King. Patsy received her CH by winning Best of Breed three consecutive days from the classes, over several specials, including Jack! She was 8 months old at the time and after the Long Beach shows she retired to pet status to mature. She began her career in conformation in July of 2006, and has achieved great success. She has the distinction of receiving BOS awards at the prestigious Westminster Dog Show two consecutive years. She is a BISS winner, has two Toy Group wins, and numerous group placements, including the AKC Eukanuba Championship show in Portland, Oregon in 2007. She began 2008 as the #1 Havanese in the country All Systems. Patsy was bred to the AKC breed standard for her structure, movement, health and temperament. She is one of the finest examples of the term “true to type” in her overall representation of the Havanese in conformation. She is a delightful companion, always cheerful and willing to please. She loves everyone she meets, and we are looking forward to her retirement, and the beginning of her home life with puppies in the future.

Home bred. Fudge is one of two pairs of identical twins whelped in Peaches last litter. She and her sister Willow are true chocolate with classic tan points. Her pigment is brown, and her eyes are a dark golden brown, making her a very good example of a correctly pigmented chocolate Havanese. Fudge has good structure, with a straight front and well defined rear. She has a beautiful tail set as described in the AKC breed standard. She is more finely boned, but she has not lost her sturdiness that is essential to breed type. She has passed all of the health tests required at Briarcliff Havanese and is being considered for breeding to a male that will compliment her in as many ways as possible.
